How client funds are safeguarded.
Where client funds qualify as Relevant Funds under payment services regulations, Sciopay safeguards them in segregated bank accounts, separate from its own business funds, in accordance with its responsibilities as an Authorised Payment Institution.
Relevant Funds are safeguarded under the applicable regulatory arrangements rather than protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
